Sundays are made for procrastinating and lounging around so I thought I’d do the ‘procrastinating beauty tag’ to see how lazy I really am.
Name a beauty regime that you rarely do?
Eyebrow wax, I absolutely love having them done and constantly moan when they’re overgrown but I really resent having to book and pay for it!
Is washing your make-up brushes something that you do regularly?
Noooooo, unless spot cleaning them on a makeup wipe counts?
How long will you last with chipped nail polish?
A day, I tend to bite off or pick off my nail varnish at work and always remove and replace it in the evening.
How long will you put off buying/replacing a beauty product, even if you need it?
Ages, apparently I’m fine with spending £50 on food but £50 on make-up? Don’t be absurd!
What is your worst beauty habit?
Biting/picking my nails, I’ve tried to stop but it’s just something that happens when I’m bored or anxious.
Name something non-beauty related that you put off doing all the time?
Cleaning the oven, yuk yuk yuk – I hate the smell of ovens and really resent having to stick my head in them.
When going out somewhere, do you leave getting ready to the last minute?
If I’m going ‘out out’ somewhere fancy then I like to leave myself with plenty of time. However, if I’m going to work I seem to leave getting out of bed until the last minute possible.
Can you commit to spending bans?
I definitely could for beauty, but as soon as I read the words ‘spending ban’ I managed to think of at least 10 things that I want to purchase.
How organised is your make-up and nail polish collections?
Make-up is much less organised than my nail varnishes, I have my go-to items in a makeup bag and the items that I don’t usually reach for in a drawer in my dressing table. My nail varnish collection is very well organised, mainly due to the large amount that I have to store.
